创始人Born in Wuhan, raised in Cambridge, and now rooted in Bali — Weiley is the founder of Energy Alchemy, a wellness experience for women from achievement-driven cultures who sense that somewhere beneath the roles, the expectations, and the relentless performance — there is a version of themselves they have not yet been allowed to meet.

Between Two Worlds
两个世界之间I was born in Wuhan, China, and moved to the UK when I was eight, growing up in Cambridge as an only child between two worlds. Like many children raised between Eastern expectations and Western individualism, I learnt early how to adapt myself depending on the room I was in.
At home, there was discipline, achievement, and emotional restraint. Outside, there was freedom, self-expression, and independence. Over time, I became incredibly good at shape-shifting between identities — the dutiful daughter, the high-performing executive, the capable mother, the socially effortless woman. Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with who I was underneath all the roles.

Success & Performance
成就与表演I built a successful career in fintech across Southeast Asia — specialising in payment gateways in what was still a very male-dominated industry. I was often the only woman at my level in the room. I loved the ambition, the intensity, the financial freedom.
From the outside, it looked like I had everything together. Internally, I was constantly chasing the next milestone, the next validation, the next version of perfection that might finally make me feel enough. The performance of competence had become indistinguishable from life itself.

Motherhood & Awakening
母性与觉醒My introduction to alternative healing came unexpectedly through motherhood. When my firstborn was just three weeks old, he became critically ill with meningitis. During his recovery, I was introduced to craniosacral therapy and homeopathy through a midwife — and it completely shifted my understanding of healing and the body.
I had come from a family rooted in science and academic achievement. I was deeply sceptical of anything outside conventional medicine. But witnessing the changes in my son opened something in me that logic alone could not explain. That curiosity slowly led me toward Reiki, breathwork, meditation, energy work, hypnotherapy. I entered these worlds first for my children. Then, slowly, for myself.

Bali & Transformation
巴厘岛与蜕变Moving to Bali became the beginning of a much deeper transformation. It felt like a place that gave me permission to slow down, soften, and question everything I had built my identity around. Why was I working so hard for things that still left me feeling empty? Why did success not automatically create peace?
The greatest gift came after stepping away from corporate life. For years I had tried unsuccessfully for another child. It was only after slowing down, healing emotionally, and learning how to feel safe in stillness that I conceived a third child naturally at 42. My youngest daughter was born at home in Bali, delivered naturally by her father. My two eldest are eighteen and sixteen now. My youngest is three. The gap between them tells you something about the decade I spent trying to heal what I didn't yet have language for. That experience profoundly changed my understanding of the intelligence of the female body.
My husband has been by my side since I was 23. He has witnessed every version of me throughout this journey — the ambitious one, the lost one, the one slowly finding her way back. His unwavering presence has taught me more about trust, softness, and unconditional love than any modality ever could.
移居巴厘岛，成为一场更深蜕变的开始。这里让我有了放慢脚步、软化、质疑一切的权利。在离开职场多年后，我在42岁自然怀孕了第三个孩子。我最小的女儿在巴厘岛家中出生，由她的父亲亲手迎接她来到这个世界。我的两个大孩子现在分别是十八岁和十六岁，最小的三岁。这之间的距离，诉说了我花了十年时间，试图疗愈那些我尚未找到语言表达的东西。那次经历深刻地改变了我对女性身体智慧的理解。
我的丈夫从我23岁起就陪伴在我身边。他见证了这段旅程中我的每一个版本——那个充满野心的我，那个迷失的我，那个慢慢找回自己的我。他坚定不移的陪伴，比任何疗愈方式都更深地教会了我信任、柔软与无条件的爱。
The Birth of Energy Alchemy
玉光炼心的诞生I see something shifting among modern Chinese women — especially younger women who are finally speaking openly about the emotional cost of silencing yourself for too long. About nervous system health, burnout, identity, and a desire not just for outward success, but for inner peace, authenticity, and genuine connection.
These are conversations previous generations were rarely allowed to have. I wanted to create a space where they could finally happen — held in luxury, in safety, in a language and cultural framework that requires no explanation. Energy Alchemy is not a wellness brand. It is a permission structure. A space where the performance can stop.
