Late afternoon into evening
You have been in motion for hours. The car moves through rice fields and darkening jungle, and somewhere along that drive, something in the body begins to understand that it has arrived somewhere different.
There is no agenda waiting for you. No schedule on the door, no group activity to prepare for.
There is warm light, and the scent of something blooming, and a bowl of water that has been waiting for your feet.
The foot ritual is the first thing. Warm water, botanical salts, jasmine. It takes perhaps twenty minutes. In those twenty minutes, the body receives its first clear signal: nothing else needs anything from you now.
Dinner is already on the table when you come through. Food at the centre, shared. Conversation moves at whatever pace it finds. The evening closes early, gently, with no pressure toward anything.
